The Coach Rick Keese Memorial Track Scholarship Fund is rewarding $1000 to a track & field male or female athlete continuing in their collegiate athletic career at Texas A&M Kingsville. Eligibility requirements are as follows:
1.) Texas resident
2.) Household income of under $75,000
3.) Acceptance into Texas A&M Kingsville in the upcoming Fall Semester
4.) Acceptance onto the Cross Country or Track & Field Team or plan to walk on
5.) Preference to students from the following high schools: Sinton, Ingleside, Gregory Portland, Ray, Moody, Robstown, Refugio, Kerrville
6.) Preference to long distance runners (800 and above) and throwers
Only full-time, first-year students may receive initial award. Award will be divided into two equal halves, one for the Fall semester and one for the Spring semester.
